Both are excellent lenses but you said you wanted manual focus. It lacks the extremely responsive dual linear AF groups that FE 100-400 GM make the G Master best-in-class (Sigma opts for a cheaper single rotational stepping motor instead) and it’s 1/3 stop slower, but it gets you in that range for a lower price. With the incredible high ISO performance of Sony full frame cameras, you won’t miss the 2/3 of a stop when the sun falls, and you won’t miss it even if you’re a bokeh-whore! Its relatively fast f/2 aperture, allows shooting with shallow depth of field and in low-light. I prefer buying top quality and tend to shy away from the jack of all trades,master of none. On a Sony e mount camera like the a6000, it’ll become a 142mm lens, also great for portrait photography.
